Who these terms are with
This website is operated by Vindispensable LLC, a New York limited liability company through which I, Daley Brennan, provide consulting ("I", "me"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is
The site describes my export-consulting practice and offers free tools and reading, including a price calculator, a state compliance map, and distribution notes. It also lets you send me an enquiry and book an introductory call, and offers the Atlas, a paid reference document. The site does not host user accounts and does not take payment. Where a product or service is sold (for example the Atlas, or the separate Account Finder application), it is governed by its own terms at the point of purchase.
The tools and content are general information, not advice
The calculator, the state map, the notes, and all other content are provided for general information about wine and spirits market entry. They are estimates and summaries, not legal, tax, regulatory, or financial advice, and not a substitute for professional advice on your specific situation. Regulations and market conditions change; figures are indicative and may be out of date. Any engagement I take on is governed by a separate written agreement with Vindispensable LLC, and only that agreement, not this site, defines what I deliver.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, submit malicious input through the forms, scrape it at volume, or use it to send spam or unlawful content. I may limit or refuse access to anyone misusing the site.
Intellectual property
The site, its text, visuals, and tools are the property of Vindispensable LLC unless otherwise stated, and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may read and share links to the pages; you may not copy, republish, or reuse the content or tools for your own commercial purposes without my permission.
Third-party links
The site links to other services (for example Cal.com for booking, and the Account Finder application). I am not responsible for the content or practices of sites I do not operate; their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The site and its tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its tools. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and governing law
I may update these terms as the site changes, and will change the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
